Synopsis
After many months of uneasy peace, it is discovered that the Sun Monsters have regenerated in vast numbers and are once again approaching Earth with clear intent to annihilate the planet. Faced with an overwhelming force that even the Zapbots cannot fully contain, Anthony and the Zapbots make the painful decision to begin evacuations. Due to limitations in time and transport, only Earth’s children can be saved, and they are relocated to the safety of Gearatron.
While preparing Gearatron to receive humanity’s youngest survivors, the Zapbots uncover an ancient, long-sealed region of the planet containing lost Ancient Zapbot technology. By integrating this forgotten knowledge with modern systems, the Zapbots unlock a previously unknown planetary transformation protocol. Through this process, Fortress Misslemax is given a massive new robot body—one capable of interfacing directly with Gearatron.
As the Sun Monsters descend upon Earth, Gearatron itself travels into battle. Unlocked with Fortress Misslemax, the newly awakened planetary form confronts the Sun Monsters head-on. In a titanic struggle, the monsters are finally destroyed—but not without consequence. Gearatron’s proximity to Earth causes significant environmental and structural damage across the planet.
With the threat ended, Gearatron returns to its original orbit, and the Zapbots remain behind to help Earth recover from the devastation. In the aftermath, humans and Zapbots begin laying the groundwork for a new era of cooperation, including plans for shared space exploration and technological advancement.
In the epilogue, a mysterious fracture opens within the fabric of the universe itself. From this—an ominous crack between realities—emerges the floating head of an enormous, unknown robot, silently observing the Zapbot universe… setting the stage for an even greater threat yet to come.
