Behind the Scenes

Alan was a roommate from college and we did not part on great terms. He was a Jehovah-Witness and I was well... GAY. So sadly even though bonded early on Star Trek and other Sci-Fi, he couldn't get past his religious guidelines and this became an impassible barrier. As such when I rewrote Robot Trek II I had him become an enemy and he stole the Matrix of Leadership as Tri-Star. This becomes a keypoint for later stories. . This was a good example of turning a bad experience into something positive.
