Vision is a Zapbots Cars from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Recorded as the fastest Zapbot on the ground Vision has incredible abilities to blast past enemies and foes. His extra power exoskeleton provides him the ability to move with amazing speed. This combined with his excessive fast-talking has the tendency to produce some frustration with other Zapbots around him. Sadly, his need to constantly impress others tends to do the exact opposite.

The Fall and Rebirth of Gearatron

Vision was with Rup, Hot Shot and the Tech Team went they went down to the Yellow Planet to retrieve the shield upgrade codes. Once he sends the code back to Duplaflex, he escapes with Hot Shot and Vision through a temporal rift into another Universe.
