RatHat is an Minicon from the Generation 1 continuity family.

RatHat is Low-Tone's smallest deployment. He is only requested in situations where other deployment Tapes can not physically travel. Personally, he hates war and would rather not be included in anything involving it and will usually stay away from any conflict for the simple reason he is incredibly small He provides a backup to Low-Tone's main software programs as needed in case of a total central cognitive core shut-down.
