Overcrowd is binary bonded to Jason. The Headmaster body provides the ability for him to interact with Zapbots at their size level. When merged his X-O Suit becomes the head of the robot, and his human senses are diverted to the sensors of the larger Zapbot body. Thus he feels and interacts as one as a Zapbot.

Overcrowd was an empty Headmaster I assigned last minute to my friend from college and roommate Jason. For this 2021 redo, I decided to do Jason's car he had many years parked in my driveway.
