- Hoover is an Zapbots Waterbots from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Besides his quirky personality Hoover has excellent skills during battle. He has a strange ability to come up with off-the-wall types of maneuvers that provide a strategic advantage. A fan of human soccer and baseball, Hoover is often misunderstood by his fellow brothers.
