Alternate vehicle air mode

This concept which stemmed a bit from the movie 'The Last Starfighter' came from my frustration that in Transformers the Autobots couldn't fly in vehicle mode. As such in vehicle mode the car/truck's wheels would turn inwards providing 'air rocket's to propel the vehicle into the air. All the Zapbots had this special mode and it would allow them to 'hover' or 'fly'. Obviously the Zapbots that were more jet-like did flying a lot better in these cases.
