Behind the Scenes
Alan was a roommate from college and we parted on bad terms. He was a Jevoah-Witness and I was well... GAY. So sadly even though bonded early on Star Trek and other Sci-Fi, he couldn't get past his religion guidelines. As such when I rewrote Robot Trek II I had him become an enemy and he stole the Tri-Star Headmaster body and Matrix of Leadership. This gets played up in the various stories that follow up when I rewrote then in 2020/2021. A good example of turning a bad experience into something positive.
