- Cement is an Zapbots Buildabots from the Generation 1 continuity family.
To say that Cement like to play in the mud is an understatement. He loves to mix anything and everything usually getting it right 10% of the time. Know as the 'Crazy Chemist' amongst his peers, Cement can mix chemicals so destructive it can destroy an entire city. A very simplistic vocal box makes him quiet at times and is the only Zapbots preprogrammed with the ability to do sign-Language. A formidable fighter who can easily disable the enemy with this batch of various chemicals.
